  • Yes! Merchants can start texting immediately, but their number will have limited capabilities until their business is fully set up with the carriers. During this setup process, we work with the carriers to unlock full messaging capabilities, allowing merchants to send messages to their subscribers without restrictions.

  • You will be assigned a unique 10-digit phone number that we will register with carriers.  This number is dedicated to your business, ensuring a consistent and professional communication channel.

A credit is a unit used to send messages via our platform. Credits are deducted from your account when you send SMS or MMS messages to your customers. Each SMS uses 1 credit and MMS uses 3 credits.

If your messaging needs exceed the credits included in your subscription plan, we automatically reload your account with credits that never expire in increments of 250. This ensures your campaigns continue without interruption.

No, you will not be charged additional carrier fees. All carrier costs are included in your credit usage, so there are no hidden or unexpected charges beyond the credits used for sending your messages.

Not only do we have an integrated onboarding system built into the software to quickly get you going, but you can also book a 1-on-1 onboarding session to ensure you get the most out of the platform. Yes! We follow TCPA and carrier regulations to ensure your messages are sent legally. Customers must opt in, and they can unsubscribe anytime.

If a customer replies STOP, they are automatically unsubscribed and will not receive further messages.
